| IT Developer II |
Job Summary
Under moderate supervision, the Developer II designs, modifies, develops, writes and implements software applications, primarily using , but not limited to: ASP, .NET, C#, and SQL. Some knowledge of VB and PHP is a plus. Prepares operating instructions, compiles documentation of program development, and analyzes system capabilities to resolve questions of program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques, and controls.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Design software applications based on limited experience and personal judgment.
- Participate in the development of new software applications.
- Maintain existing systems by providing patches, upgrades, and further development.
- Participate in testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software.
- Design graphical user interfaces (GUI) .
- Build add-on modules on occasion.
- Assist with database design and data manipulation as necessary.
- Interact and collaborate with other departments to meet the needs of customer programs and requirements
- Track personal time for costing to various projects and reports as necessary.
- Perform other duties as required.
Job Qualifications
Education and Experience
Required
· Minimum high school diploma and formal training/experience in software development.
· Minimum 2 years experience in data-driven application development utilizing a current object-oriented design platform.
· Experience using other current development technologies (XML, AJAX, etc.). eCommerce knowledge is a plus.
Preferred
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Skills

· Working knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices and procedures within software development.
· Knowledge of current development technologies.

| Quality Assurance Compliance Specialist |
Job Summary
With limited supervision, the Quality Assurance Compliance Specialist is responsible for the overall quality and adherence to and compliance with established regulatory policies, company policies and SOPs. With direction from the Promotech head of Compliance, the Specialist represents the facility in preparing and facilitating site-specific audits.
Key Job Responsibilities
· Responsible for ensuring site-wide compliance to DEA regulations relating to storage and shipment of controlled drugs.
· Supports and enforces site-wide Quality Assurance initiatives.
· Under direction of the Promotech head of Compliance, represents the site in Federal/State/Client audits.
· Ensure documentation and adherence to policies in regards to change-control, incident investigation, and training.
· Ensure adherence to and compliance with established regulatory policies, company quality policies and SOPs.
· Works with department managers to ensure Standard Operating Procedures are up-to-date.
· Consult with department managers to resolve quality, production and efficiency problems.
· Maintains internal and external compliance with audit programs, and manages site inspections by Federal and international regulatory agencies.
· Serve as primary QA resource to department managers for problem identification, resolution, loss reporting and continuous improvement.
· Works with Quality Assurance Manager to audit and evaluate current policies, procedures and documentation for compliance with government laws and regulations.

Job Qualifications
Education and Experience
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3 or more years experience in a regulated life sciences industry.
- Experience in managing audit compliance.
Preferred:

| Financial Analyst/Estimator | Job Summary
Under Moderate Supervision the Financial Analyst/Estimator is responsible for project cost estimating and analysis as well as the overall analysis of financial data relating to project activities.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Create project estimates for new and existing projects, including pricing and margin analysis on proposed projects.
- Work closely with Department Managers in performing time studies for specific tasks.
- Create standardized pricing to be used in project estimating.
- Analyze data relating to project activities and determine project cost and profitability.
- Publish variances in actual costs vs. estimates and/or standards and analyze differences.
- Determine time and volume variances, perform time studies and make recommendations for improving efficiencies.
- Build financial models, create objective performance measures, analyze and communicate results and make recommendations relating to project profitability.
- Create flow-charts, investigate activities and communicate a thorough understanding of Promotech project activities.
- Develop cost studies/analysis identifying cost trends to assist management in cost reduction and process improvement efforts.
- Assist with contract management.

Job Qualifications

Required
· BS/BA degree in finance, accounting, or economics with 2 or more years related experience.

- Strong Analytical & Quantitative abilities.
- Working knowledge of cost accounting methods, particularly in the job-cost, activity based accounting environment.
- Thorough understanding of Excel modeling with ability to use IF statements and create pivot tables.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to apply knowledge creatively in situations where procedures may not be prescribed or well defined.
